To develop new and improved VM solutions to be applied across all Lee store formats utilising existing equipment (where possible) plus proposing new components where required. This multi-faceted project involved the following activities:

_ Visual audit and competitor benchmarking.

_ Design of new equipment and development of new principles including;
layout, equipment usage, presentation and communication principles.

_ Development of VM principles documents.

_ Coaching of store teams.

_Practical VM support across European markets.

Devised to showcase the 4 Lee shirt styles, The Lee Shirt Bar delivered instant product recognition making the shopping journey easier & quicker in the process.
Commercially, incremental sales were driven by customers being able to view the full range at a glance.

visual principles development - concession stores

 

Following a successful rollout of new solutions across owned & operated stores we were asked by the brand leadership team to repeat the process, this time with a focus on the concession store model.

The project included;

_ Visual audit - 10 stores across Italy & Spain

_ Design of new equipment and development of new principles including;
layout, equipment usage, presentation and communication principles.

_Providing visual resource across European markets.
