Jeanette Cheetham & Brendan Gordon are the co-founders & Brand Directors at TWO Visual. Together, they have over 50 years combined global visual merchandising experience & have worked extensively to promote visual merchandising throughout their careers. They’re able to pull on a wealth of visual knowledge gained from travelling the world & have successfully delivered ambitious VM improvement & training projects for major brands across all product categories including Fashion, Home, Sports, Health & Beauty & Grocery.

The workshops are being held at our training facilities at Harborough Innovation Centre, Airfield Business Park, Leicester Road, Market Harborough, LE16 7WB. The centre offers free parking, a cafe & full disabled access facilities & If you require overnight accommodation a full list of hotels will be provided with your booking form.

Our workshops are exceptional value; costing just £300+ VAT per delegate, including refreshments, lunch, a certificate of attendance & an electronic summary of the content.

You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of the booking date & receive a full refund - just contact us by email or telephone & we will arrange a full refund. Who is the workshop suitable for/what level of experience do I need?

Our highly experiential workshops are aimed at people wanting to improve their own VM knowledge and skills or those that want to be more effective at passing their skills onto others! They are designed for those responsible for developing or implementing VM and are suitable for those working for large global brands, high street multiples, department stores and smaller independents too.

Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?

We do ask all delegates to send us their personal objectives for attending the workshop one week beforehand by email – this enables us to make some aspects of the day more tailored to your specific needs.

What do I need to bring with me on the day – are materials provided?

All practical equipment is provided, but do bring a notebook and pen. You can also bring examples (visual or written) that are relevant to the workshop from your own brand/store that you may wish to show the facilitators or ask questions about – but this is completely optional.

Is food and drink provided on the day?

Yes hot and cold drinks and lunch are provided; please let us know on your booking form if you have any special dietary requirements.

How many people will there be on the workshop?

Each workshop has a maximum of 20 delegates; we like to keep our groups small to ensure you get the most from your facilitators as possible during the day, and for more focused practical time where applicable.

Can you recommend any hotels nearby if I need to stay over?

Yes, a list of hotels will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Is there a certificate at the end of the workshop?

Yes you will receive a certificate of attendance and we will also send you a summary copy of the content via email afterwards.

How do I book a workshop?

Workshops can be booked on our website, by calling us on +44 (0) 1858 414 275 or by emailing us directly at hello@twovisual.co.uk for a booking form. You will be asked to provide your personal details and confirmation of how you are going to pay; once payment has been made your place will be confirmed.

When and how do I need to pay for the workshop?

We require full payment on booking to secure your date(s), reserved places will be held open for 7 days subject to your returned booking form. We accept payment via BACS or cheque. Once you have completed a booking form and made your payment your place will be confirmed and we will send you an invoice and full workshop details.

Can I get discount for booking more than one workshop?

Please contact us at hello@twovisual.co.uk for details on discounts for early bird, groups or multiple workshop bookings.

Refund Policy - what happens if I need to cancel/change my booking?

You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of the booking date and receive a full refund - just contact us by email or telephone and we will arrange a full refund. If you need to cancel or change your booking after the seven days, there are several options available; you could transfer to another of our dates (same or different workshop) with no extra charge, or you could offer your place to a colleague (letting us know their details) and make another booking for yourself at a later date.  
If the options above are not possible and your cancellation is 14 days or more before the workshop date then 25% of the fees will still be payable, if you cancel less than 14 days beforehand then the full fees will be payable.
