The original brief was to develop new and improved VM solutions that could be applied across all store formats. Where possible existing equipment was to be reutilised whilst at the same time proposing new equipment components to enhance the in-store presentation. After completing a thorough visual audit the brief was extended to include an overhaul of store presentation principles to highlight product features, fully integrate all VM components and ultimately raise the brand style credentials .
This multi-faceted project involved the following activities:
_ Visual audit and competitor benchmarking.
_ Design of new equipment & development of new principles including;
layout, equipment usage, presentation & communication principles.
_ Development of VM principles documents.
_ Coaching of store teams.
Devised to showcase the 4 iconic Lee shirt styles. The Lee Shirt Bar delivered instant product recognition making the shopping journey easier & quicker in the process. Commercially, incremental sales were driven by customers being able to view the full range at a glance.

Following a successful rollout of new solutions across owned & operated stores we were asked by the Leadership team to repeat the process, this time with a focus on the concession store model.
This project included;
_ Visual audit - 10 stores across Italy & Spain.
_ Design of new equipment and development of new principles.
_Provision of seasonal implementation visual resource across European markets.
