Target engaged TWO Visual to support the rollout of newly created visual principles, designed to improve the customer shopping experience and achieve brand consistency across Australia. The VM Toolkit and Store Standards Guide were born.
Designed to be practical & easy to use, the toolkit covered all product areas including; clothing, home, toys, books and stationery. We knew minimal text supported by 3D visual imagery was the key to success, both aesthetically and for product longevity.
The result? A highly practical product elevating product presentation within the business – a one stop shop for visual excellence, brand consistency and improved commercial performance.

store standards guide
Introducing a new VM role in store requires a one ‘best way’ approach. We developed a VM Toolkit including new tools and processes to support the successful introduction of a new visual role within the store structure.
Visual checklists and a ‘week in the life of’ ways of working were just two of the new tools introduced to guarantee a consistent and productive use of the new store hours. Improved designs for seasonal VM guides were also produced as part of the brief to complement the store standards guide and improve the success of the launch of new range launches.
